The Business Development Manager will BE responsible for overall business growth, formulating and implementing a comprehensive and aligned business development strategy. Adding strategic customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the aerospace domain.
- In-depth understanding of aerospace technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and proposal development (French/English).
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and contracts.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources.
- Track record of achieving business development targets.
- Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain industry connections.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelors or master's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business
Management or a related discipline are preferred.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years' aviation industry experience in similar roles at a senior level within an organization is preferred.
- Have led significant change management projects to successful conclusion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Access to a car and possession of a full current driving licence is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Machining / Tools / Molds domain is added advantage
